REFUND POLICY

CURRENTLY, FRONT DOES NOT OFFER ANY KIND OF RETURN OR REFUND. WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES. FOR EXCHANGE POLICY, PLEASE READ THE BELOW:

FRONT can only approve to exchange the product if:

  • Wrong item / The product is not what you ordered.
  • Defective product caused by manufacturer:
    • Wrong form or shape
    • Needle holes
    • Ripped seam
    • Printing error
    • Scratched fabric
    • Damaged zipper or lock (safety lock, D-ring, strap extender, ...)

Exchange time: 3 days from the date of purchase.

Full tag, original packaging and accessories included.

No signs of use or dirty.

Can only be exchanged for the same kind of product or product with the same price.

If the exchanged product has a lower value, the rest will not be refunded. If the exchanged product has a higher value, the customer will compensate for the rest.

After confirming the exchange, please return the product to FRONT according to instructions within 1-3 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Promotional products are not applicable to exchange under any circumstances.
