After confirming the order, FRONT will begin to prepare and pack the product for you in 1 day. After that,

• Delivery within Ho Chi Minh City takes 1-3 days.
• Delivery to other places in Vietnam takes 3-5 days.
• International delivery takes 8-30 days (depending on the country).

Currently, FRONT does not offer any kind of return or refund. We only accept exchanges.

• Processing time is 7 - 15 days from the date of receipt.
• Product return time is 2 - 3 days from the date of receipt from the manufacturer.
• Errors warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase:
• Ripped seam.
• Unglued.
• Zipper change.
• Damaged Unnapped / Napped Loop.
• Non-warranty Conditions:
• The product is damaged from the customer during use such as: scratches due to collision or accident, the product is not intact due to animal bites, poor preservation causes mold and color fading due to sunburn, melting, strong detergent washing and color stains.
• Product care instructions are not followed.
• Product is out of warranty.
